Are you currently linking to it from other properties you own?

Does it make any Adsense revenue?

I am not sure, since I only put the Adsense ads up the other day and have not noticed any increase in revenue.

Basically, I am valuing the site based on the fact that it is established with PR and a solid amount of backlinks. And, obviously the text link sales revenue. If I do not get my minimum asking price I will hold onto the site and continue to profit from it.

Yes, some of the links are from my other websites. However, most of the incoming links (and PR) comes from sites that I have done link exchanges with. My other sites that I link to this site from do not contribute much PR and the site was already a PR5 before I linked to it from my own properties, anyway.

I have had abit of interest, but no buyers as of the time of writing this.

I have lowered the BIN (Buy It Now) price to $1200.

Cheers...

What directory script does the site use?

What are the script functions?

Would it be easy to move the directory to the home page and the articles to the background?

The directory uses WSNLinks.

I am not sure what you mean by this. But, the script functions like a SE friendly directory.

Yes, you can do that.
