I am selling one of my sites WebmasterResources.info - http://www.webmasterresources.info . It is an established PR5 webmaster site that is roughly 1.5 years old.

Powered by WSNLinks & Wordpress. Includes about 60 articles (a mixture of unique and syndicated articles) and a directory with about 160 sites listed in various categories.

Traffic is quite low since I do not spend any time or money promoting the site. Revenue comes from selling text links and some small revenue from adsense. If I had more time I would put banner ads for hosting affiliate programs up and see how they go, but i haven't.

The site ranks well in google, msn and yahoo for terms like "webmaster resources, "webmaster resources directory", "website building guide" and aswell as alot of obscure search terms.

This site is in link-vault and has a vaultage of 1845, which can be used to get incoming links to the site or any of your other sites if you wish.

The only condition of sale is that you leave the paid text links up until they expire or you can renew them with the advertisers. Some are due to renew in the next few weeks and there is one that must remain up until January.

Is the directory "Powered by WSNLinks", I kinda presume it is but it looks static?

You say traffic is low, but how many unique visitors are you getting per month?

Please provide some info on monthly revenue?
