It comes with an extra non custom skin for user options ($29.00 retail value). Has 92 users, pretty active forum. Buyer gets the vbulletin owned license, but you gotta talk to vbulletin to make sure it can be transfered. Domain was bought from DomainTurn.com for $50.00. Average stats = 60 uniques a day. Average 2 signups per week. I paid people to write articles in the article section, so check that out!
