There is no CMS. I build it myself. There is also a simple admin area where you manage your commision junction links.

traffic come from link exchange. Mostly from my own network.

as i said. That is my asking price. But i will consider any decent offer. Of cource, i wont aceppt any offer made for 1-3 times higher than my income.
firstly, it takes time to build. Not using cms or premade scripts.
secondly, web hosting commision probably is the higest among other affiliate program. It is based on cookies. Any time my visitors buy a hosting in that month, you will get a minimum of $60.
Thirdly, stormbrain is needed to build that one. It was totally targeted visitor. No one come to find for comic books or anything else except finding web host service.

12 months revenue is does not takes 12 month to offset. If you have a good marketing skill, it can be done easily. Thus, i set my asking price for that. But as i had mention at the beginning of the thread, i will consider decent offer.

As for the visitors is comming mostly from my network, i will retain the webmasterwatch link on my network for 6 month.
