How much would you guys say a Domain Forum, 90 Members (growing EVERY day!), 1,400 posts. 140 Uniques per day, 4,000 Hits per day, $4 per day income. How much would you say its worth?

Between $1700 and $3200 as of now. I wouldn't count out getting more for it but those figures are good numbers to strive for.
