I have been authorized to find a buyer for a chat website. The owner doesnt want me to publicly disclose the URL as he doesnt want possible competitors knowing about the for sale status of the site.

The site is PR5, the domain gets an OVT score of 3485 with extension, and the Alexa rank is below 100,000

Stats are as follows:
5000-7000 visits per day
2500-3500 uniques per day
$500-$5000 per month income

I know that is a large range of income, but it fluctates because of changes to the CPC rate used by different advirtisers. The banners get 300-500 clicks per day, so one can only dream what Fastclick or Adsense could make.

I have full proof of traffic, which will be shown to interested parties.

The chat server was just renewed for another year which will be included and its valued at $2,700.
