I am the owner of www.smswebsitesforsale.com. I set up this site as I specialise in SMS (text messaging) coding so I thought to set up a niche site for selling these type of sites I built for investors and have successfully sold 7 (pm me for references) since April.
As these sites are custom built i usually sell them for $3-$4,000, but am now snowed under with other commitments so i find myself chasing away valuable leads requesting custom SMS programming etc.
My intentions were to change it into an automated generic websites for sale job i.e. "Sell-My-Site Websites For Sale" (where SMS = Sell My Site) but don't want to be tied down into the monitorings and legality stuff that comes with website market places.
I have seo'd this site as well, but there is always room for more. So the new buyer (assuming you will go for the generic websites for sale approach) should make good money with a bit of effort.
