Any company company that specializes in website design and promotion of websites would most likely recommend to their clients to have a domain name that is short and easy to remember. So, it is very likely that they would take their own advice and have a domain name that short and easy to remember.
"WebsiteDesignPromotion.com" is not short and only somewhat easy to remember.
The undeveloped and wholesale value would be $xx to very low $xxx for no other reason than because it is a ".com" and it consists of real English words.
If you develop the site and put a few website promotional tools/scripts... and get some traffic from link trades... and put banner links the value of the site would be dependent on how much money you get from your banner clicks/impressions.
