Good evening all,
Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the above names, I have had them both for just over a year but have not developed nor done anything with them. They have a little traffic going there.
Im thinking they would be good for sales/rental housing market?
Whats your thoughts?

Are you looking for sincere appraisals from peer domainers or just external confirmation of your own thoughts? If the answer is the second, why don't you pay someone by the hour just to say what you want to hear?
ZERO, because one or more of the following reasons:
-Unattractive
-Not a dotcom
-Not single-word generics
-Hard to monetize
-Too small niche for sales
-$#!77Y tld
-Look like hand-regged on impulse related to personal interests, one does not expect any interest from other people
-Undeveloped
-Better-extension counterparts are available for anyone to register (suggests it's useless), or when registered, they are not even websites (again suggesting it's useless)
-Awkward wording
-Singular-plural incongruence with common usage
-Not memorable, hard to brand, or plain bad for the market to which it is supposedly linked
-Even in the case of keyword-rich names, or highly searched terms, what counts is specific ranking (usualy due to good development or extremely good generic term), not just having a keyword and making the 200th page on SE searches.
And last but not least, just BECAUSE!
PS: And I can add just because you piss us off by bumping your thread 7 times, which, BTW, is against this forum's rules.
