I expect something I have never experienced or had happen.

My insurance agent and his staff have called me on more than one occasion to discuss ways we can save even more by combining services or call to let me know of new discounts come along.

Any time I have needed my insurance (very rarely) they have been exceptionally helpful and never have let us down.

We have our house, property, four vehicles, and my life insurance with them. You typically will get better service and bigger discounts with multiple services. Be sure to ask for the discount points for home alarm system, distance to fire hydrant/department, anti lock breaks, etc. They typically have discounts for different things you provide to make your house/property/vehicles safe and secure.
