Someone is offering me a domain. I did a quick whois check, and I see this:

It's like a "lock" (for a dot org) at the registrar!

Are you saying that this is just something the owner did to his domain for security? It won't cause any trouble to me?

Only if he leaves it "ON" when you try to transfer. It will NOT transfer. Got it?
