what if buyer in sedo fails to pay?

Yeah that happens. it happened to me with a name and they didnt do anything. They told me that I could pursue it through legal channels but it was under $1000 so didnt do anything.
Sedo did send me the guys info and he is a forum owner (not this forum) but a webmaster forum.
I was going to post the guys info here since it tied up my name for over a month but I havent......yet.....
