What is a good offline business to get in?

I was at gotjump.com the other day and thought it is a good business to own..

Any suggestions for a good offline business? I still want focus on my online business.. and just want to have something on the side.

I have a friend that swears by seasonal stores. Right now, he does Spirit Halloween and only works hard for about 4 months a year overall. The rest of the year he just screws off running mall kiosk type things.
