what is the best registrar for valuable names?

What is the best registrar for valuable names. I see a lot as netsol or moniker. just wondering what opinions are around here. is moniker still having problems with transfering domains to them?

That is not a problem I've had with them so I can't comment. They are on the top of my list, though, I'd love to hear if people still are having that issue with them. =)
