What is the hardest part of web development?

I have a few clients whom I make and manage web sites for. I've noticed the oddest part is the hardest part to do.

Getting the domain? Easy.
Getting pictures from the clients? Easy.
Getting a template page up and getting their OK, very easy.

What is the hardest part?
GETTING CONTENT FROM THEM!! I have these great 10-15 page sites for them with no content (no content = no SEO).

What do other people here have a hard time getting from their clients (besides money ).

Getting content is tough because it seems easy on the surface to people then they realize it's not so they back burner. A call for photos, can turn into a nightmare of searching for just the right photo, realizing that there are no useable pictures of a new product. And when it comes to written content, most people don't even know where to begin.

Plus, in my experience, all of these items are addons to a person's already overloaded work schedule so there's just no time to get it all done.

my advise or rather suggestion....focus on trading of u have the aptitude for it.....nothing like it......if u really do that.....u'll have all the money to outsource the other works.....wat might b hard for a trader might b fun for a developer and vice-versa........unless u decide to manage a corporation with in house developers..........good site to get quality work done http://getafreelancer.com

Maybe (for a fee, of course) you could write their content for them. Leave blank __________ spaces for information you don't know for them to fill in, and assume there will be parts they want to change. That should get things moving.
