Have two of my kids' [fairly common] first names in .cc ...

The third one was born just before I began domaining, so we didn't plan well - we chose a 3-letter all-premium name. Now I'd have to pay serious money to get that name in any decent extension! ;)

lordbrar.com and my dad's firstname.com

lastname.us and rowers.us .. regged it last year because i row

just checked again and my lastname.biz is still available but meh ...

I own my first name in net, org, and info

GreekGeek.com - that's good enough :P

Full name .com, both kids' full names in .com, hometown in .us, my initials in an L-L-L.com, my university acronym in L-L-L.com, the full name of my high school in .com, and I think that's it.

Now thjat I think of it, I have a few relating to my profession (public relations), including ProReleases.com, PRFirms.info, PRPractitioner.com, PRPractitioners.com, MilwaukeePR.com, MilwaukeePRFirm.com, MilwaukeePRFirms.com, and PublicRelationsFirms.org. :)

I wish I owned my firstname.com but it is two letters. I also wish I owned my lastname.com but it is an extremely common word.

me too

oh yeah, my home town in .tv for what that's worth...

how did you get that? must be a small city ;)

Actually it's the capital of a country. I got it through TBR. I paid low $xxx.

:)

If I remember right, didn't Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones secure the domain name of their child before the child was even born? Just goes to show you, never have a kid until you've checked the availability of his domain name first! :)

not applicable anymore, you can change your name at any time (two week job, no questions asked) , well in Britain at least

I own my nickname .com (look below), and another name for my own business

all other have not personal value, its only business

i have my child's firstname in .mobi and my wife's firstname in .ca
also own some of the towns in my region in .org, .info, .tv, .mobi
over the years I've bought other domains for personal reasons, like numbers relating to important dates, various words (like my profession in .mobi), interests, etc. usually in .ca or .info because you just can't get them in .com easily
