i have an adult domain name that is pretty generic, but i hear porn sucks. Anyhow, Estibot has propelled it from $1700 to $3600 in the last 4 months. What do I do with it to get like, $8 per day from porn junkies?

Do you honestly believe Estibot's valuation has any relevance? It DOESN'T.
They are as good at estimating domain values as a blind man is at estimating how many jelly beans are in a jar.

And forget about how generic the domain is, what matters is how much traffic it's receiving, something you chose to leave out.

don´t listen to comments like drop the name. Like Raider said, in that sector traffic is the only thing that counts. Estibot can give you a direction of the value, the guy from Austria who runs domainindex.com does it better (IMHO). I have some good generic names with good traffic in that vertical, but I also do not have the perfect solution to monetize them. What always wonders me is that not the Mainstream parking companies monetized them best.

Sex.com failed for years to be monetized. Until it copied Pinterest. Now, its traffic is insane and it's monetized with sponsored pop-ups and and banners. To get $8 /daily you need to spend time building something that is not available for free everywhere else.
