No hack. Those are just subdomains that have been designated as nameservers (by webmasters who have too much time on their hands, no doubt). Anyone can do it. Nameservers show up in the zone file. The whois search is returning all domains and nameservers whose prefix is "ebay.com" but most of those have nothing whatsoever to do with the company eBay.
