Thanks malfin, that's what I was looking for. It seems fairly accurate from what I have seen around on many of the domain forums recently. Although a little high in my opinion for non-premium letters.

Why are three numbers valued more then three letters?

Maybe because you have only 999 numbers and 17 000 letters ?
