Whats the difference between the people that have lifetime on their thing under the username between those who dont. Do the ones who dont only have a limit of time?

Previously, DNForum members were to pay for their membership on a yearly basis.
But some time ago, the forum instated that all new memberships would be 'for life'. Now, the folks already were on 'yearly membership' then were given the opportunity to upgrade to 'lifetime' for $1. So, when a member's 'thing' :wink: does not show 'Lifetime', then they never upgraded for that measly one buck.
Something like that. :-D
Just in case, here's a chart of the current membership (as you can see, all paid memberships there are 'Lifetime' only) :
