For the rest of us, 20K is a lot. Some of us Domainer's Work.

My bad habit is to buy domains.
Goal is to stop in putting more money in to the business and to become self sustained.

1. Selling my first domain. I need to not be so attached to them.
2. maintain steady income..I don't care what it is, but the last 4 years have been either REALLY good or REALLY bad. This has got to change for 2008.
3. Selling a developed website

Bottom line..smart investments and timely sales...

Target ---> enough to pay the bills but would like to achieve 40-50k
