I just did an extensive search for 3 character domains with the .info ext.

I can't find a one and I believe I covered everything.

What does this do to the 3 char info market? Does it even make a difference in the values yet?

Thanks for your time!

C

I have one info but 5 character, twnet.info ,it's a chinese name domains
read"Tian wu wang”天æ—*网,it's mine.

I believe they were gone in 2003... elequa reg'ed a bunch of domains >15000 or so..

price-wise they go anywhere from $120 - $250 sometimes $400..

he`s not talking about 3 letters but 3 chars.info

I think now the price should go at low xx and push even higher the 3 chars .com

so .info has overtaken .org?

There are still 3 character .info domains available. However, they are either LL0 or L9L.

I registered one with the current NameCheap promotion.

my bad thought he was asking for LLL.info

if you do a advance search at sedo it looks like over 17,000 3 character .infos have been added over the past 3 months..under$300

jim
A whois search of a dozen random domains show they're regged at registerfly by the same registrant

Does anyone know how many CCC .net are left?

actually I think something in the region of 220-400 names for CCC.NET

personal preference is one thing, but end-users when they do type-in they use .com/.net/.org more than .info

I am curious to know if that applies to all countries

pretty much, with the exception of country code i.e. smbdy in UK will try co.uk and in Greece .gr first...

also they use more than .com :

.it in italy, .pk in Pakistan, .at in Austria, .de in Germany......co.nz in New Zealand, .com.au in Australia.
