When will GODADDY be hold accountable for selling Expired Trademark Domains? Time after time, GoDaddy resells trademark domains in their auction site TDNAM. Is someone going to take action sooner or later? or are they going to continue to profit?

They have FACBOOKONLINE.COM an expired TM domain in auction with over 15 bids.

It's not just GD, others like Pool & NJ are quite bad about it too. They are even worse because they produce so-called toplists and pimp whatever TM domains get bids.
Our industry is quite rotten in many aspects, there is no self-regulation and it seems ethics is optional when you are big enough.

One day, expect to see a major shake-up of the industry, megaupload-style.
That being said, there is no shortage of suckers in this industry.
