June 15th? Seems like they put it on hold on the 24th March, add 45 days then add 30 for rgp then 6 for PD? Just guessing. Don't think there's a hard and fast rule that they put it into redemption after 45 days.

Isn't it the other way around...... 30 days on hold status and another 45 days REDEMTIONPERIOD and then it is 6 days for PENDINGDELETE. I'm I wrong?
