Where Does the 2% Parking Bonus Show Up?

Hello,

I just received my parking report for last month but I don't see where the extra 2% that was promised to DNF members (who notifed the contact via email) shows up. Can you please clarify this for us?

Hi. Me too. they sent me the earning report but there is no 2% increase.

I don't understand. Most of the CPC rates are $.05 - $.10. If you add 2% and round it, you're still at $.05 - $.10.

I don't know about the 2% but I just got paid an extra $14 over what my account said I was going to get paid. I guess it's a sign up bonus, but I was already a member for several months.

If the 2% is going directly onto the CPC can we have an official email from Sedo confirming we are recieving it.

Actually as JuniperPark pointed out, if they really mean to give a 2% bonus they need to change the way they are doing it, and yes make it explicit so we can confirm somehow we are really signed up. As it is, it is smoke & mirrors right now.

ditto, there is no way to know otherwise. All it would take is some simple notification in our account info or billing statement. Although, I do appreciate it either way DNF and Sedo :)

Yeah. The only confirmation now is the email from Susan. But how do i know my account is really upgraded. It would be better if in the account somewhere explicitly state the 2% bonus. Else if Sedo forget to make the necessary adjustment to our upgraded account.....we would not know...

...probably there is an increase in revenue due to our new acquisition of traffic domain....and we thought it is from the 2% bonus :rolleyes:

Thanks for all your posts and for bringing this issue to our attention.
We have discussed this here at Sedo -
Currently, our system means that the 2% bonus is added directly to the CPC.
However, following your posts here and our subsequent investigation, we have found that our current system does not generate the kind of bonus we had imagined.

Therefore, from next month, we will be adding the 2% bonus straight onto the revenue.
From next month, the 2% bonus will be clearly shown on the credit note.
This will also serve as a confirmation that our DNF member-customers are getting the promised 2% bonus.
