iStockPhoto.com & ShutterStock.com are good if you're on a small budget. If you're looking for a larger selection of quality photos then Corbis.com and GettyImages.com are your best choices (requires a bigger budget though).

i use sxc.hu and their commerical site stockxchange.com. fotolia.com is OK too.
