Apart from listing them here, who do you recommend for parking and listing names for sale? I put a couple at sedo

http://www.sedo.co.uk

What are some other places.. recommendations?

Check out hiosilver's site at ppcincome.com - he has a lot of good info, including how he uses fabulous and the ppc's to make money while displaying a for sale frame

I read through the agreement briefly for AfterNIC, and it sounded like they want their commission if you list with them -even if you find the buyer and transact outside of the AfterNIC site.

So, IF that's true; I'm curious how it works if you want to list your domain with multiple domain brokers??

I have a free domain name classified section here:
((Mod Edit - Although well intentioned, please do not promote your own services outside of the Advertising Forum, thanks)).

It's okay if you have not too many names.

If you have GOOD domain names, consider:
Afternic, Sedo, DomainSystems

If you have AVERAGE names, try:
ebay & domain forums

In domain forums is there a big risk involved? Eg you pay the owner of the domain , and he just scam you. Anyone encounter this before?

if you have unique, made up names.. list them free here:

I think DNForum is a good place to sell them. Sell them here! Membership is great!

whoopsies.. sorry.. just trying to help the fellow domainer..

yae.. sell them "here"

just look at the "domains for sale" threads..
many "sellers"
but few "buyers"

goodluck.

I've purchased domains from people on several other forums. webhostingtalk, sitepoint, and a few others.

Hi,

I am sorry that our Agreement confused you. We do not require you to pay if you find a buyer on our own. All you have to do is close your Afternic listing if you sell elsewhere. The only exception is for our Showcase listings, which require an exclusing listing contract. Thank you for an opportunity to answer this concern.

I've sold a few at the Afternic Bazaar which I wasnt able to sell on the forums.

Afternic Bazaar appears to be very successful and was a smart idea. It actually is a good replacement for the once a week sunday auction that used to be held on Sunday's at this forum. Nice going ProProject. :)
