I have a question homey.... how do you know if you got the name with thefirstname without waiting for the WHOIS to update? Do you send emails? How long after approx? As I can't seem to find a whois at safenames.net.

Agree with Edwin, use all available drop services. Mostly pay for success, so they all catching for you. You have higher chance to get the name.

Actually, you do. When you use NW, you invite other people to compete with you in a bidding war for the name you want.

Completely incorrect.

The fact that snap has 17 registrars does not make it more likely they will get the name. BuyDomains customizes thier list (like ult) to a few names. Snapnames has to go after all the names their clients provide them with.

I am not going to mention any names, but one registrar i spoke with that is a snapnames partner recieves $7,000 each month off of snaps.


Now I am not sure but I beleive that snaps pays cose to $25 per name thier partner catches.

$7,000 for 1 out of 17 registrars is alot of names.

BD has 10 registrars BTW.

And it also depends on how godd thier scripts are.
