WHIZ.IN : how to change DNS at whiz.in??

Hi, I have never seen such a complicated way to manage DNS.....2 days and I still can`t find how....I emailed them and I got an answer that basically was useless since I already tried to undertsand the instructions on the website but some things are missing.....there are things I don`t even know what they means like:

MX Records
SOA Parameters
CNAME Records

and other things....what is that???


On the screen I can read this:

In order for your Manage DNS Service to get activated you will need to change the nameservers of "your domain name" to the below list
whiz.mercury.orderbox-dns.com
whiz.venus.orderbox-dns.com
whiz.earth.orderbox-dns.com
whiz.mars.orderbox-dns.com

(Once you have made the above changes allow for 24-72 hours propagation time before your service begins working)

those are various records for your manipulations if you are using Whiz's nameservers.

Do you mean you want to enter your own nameserver? if yes, then
(Whiz is using Directi Reseller interface.)
Go:
>Domains
>List 10 (then search your domains, if needed)
(right of the domain name)> Domain Name - Click To Manage >>
(look up the top ) > Modify Name Server
