Did I set a low price or are my competitors overcharging?

From the list, it looks like your price for loonlink.com is quite low compared to others — some are priced in the thousands, even tens of thousands. It really depends on the demand, brandability, and how much buyers value each domain.

Something I've found helpful: for domain development projects, the choice between WordPress and a custom site depends on your goal. WordPress is faster to deploy and has better SEO plugins. Custom if you need specific functionality.

To expand on this: ccTLDs are undervalued in my opinion. .de, .co.uk, .com.au — these have genuine end-user demand in their respective markets. If you know a country's market, there's opportunity.
