Why pick a fight with a company that is known to aggressively defend their TMs?

Their annual legal budget to defend TMs is probably $ x - xx million.
They told the industry a while back, they will spend $ 100K in legal fees over worthless domains just to make a point with the offender.

I like Bing (and all the traffic they are bringing my sites) and wanted to make it my default SE but did not because they amazingly do not have a toolbar yet and say they are still working in it.

Same here - the traffic rocks. Some of my sites it STILL brings in more traffic than Google.

Edit:

Site#1:

15 direct links from Bing (2.7% of the traffic - all the other search engines don't even add up to 10 hits total)
14 direct links fro Babelfish (huh?)

Site #2:
33% of traffic is coming from Bing

In the US - a 1-800 phone number is a free call - usually for businesses. (like 1-800-Flowers. Some of these companies you can also go to the site (like 1800Flowers.com ).
