Why can't I use Paypal????

My Paypal is a verified account and why always show me the failure info : Error:; nested exception is: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException when i pay via Paypal?

Have you a verified account? Only verified account can pay with Paypal in Moniker.

It just seems to be a Java-application bug of the 'payment' page IMHO.
