We have booted a few people that were shown to be (multiple time) offenders. At the same time though - we have given several people (who screwed up once) a second chance to prove themselves. I'm not sure who you are talking about in particular - and I understand you don't want to name anybody in public - but please feel free to tell us privately if there is anybody ripping people off - that we might not know about.

Many people here think that Neulevel and Neustar and Affilias are ripping people off. :evil:
imho, Tippy should state the offender through PM and not on this board with an open ended dig at George Bush. Bad Karma, duh. Such posts should be moderated - deleted or locked.
