why does a name a put up for appraissal here show up on ydomains.be

it is worded exactly as i posted here but shows up on ydomains.be if you do a seach for ellisislandcenters in google it shows up there on there blog with a lot of links for immigration, kinda supports my beleif it is not good to post your names all over whois ydomains.be it would also seem to me that they are copying dnforum's material from this website and duplicating it
