Why some premium domains are not properly parked ? Therefore loosing income.

there is tons and tons of people who still have no clue about ppc or affiliate programs.. not everybody is e-literate... i guess this is one of those cases

I can think of a few other reasons. I myself am just starting to park my domains.

1. People with premium domains are waiting for that big payoff. (the sale of the domain) and are not interested in making little amounts each day. Or they haven't thought about it.

2. The name is undergoing development behind the scenes. Sometimes development can take months if not years.

3. Like sombody else said it could be an investment by somebody who doesn't know about PPC or affiliate programs. Someone who might come from an offline industry but wants to diversify by investing in something different.

Not everyone goes for PPC income. Domains are like art pieces, collections to be admired in one's free time, and deserved of a nice non-profit landing page.
