i would not admit to regging that one either jk

stargate has issues with billing as i get renewal notices long after i have transferred domains away and even when i reply with the info that they are gone still get.

did it come to a email address on a name you recently purchased as maybe that was the master account email or related.

I get these emails all the time.

What usually happens is the previous owner of your current email-domain had this domain name and forgot to switch registrant email information when they lost or sold the domain/email you now own.

Or maybe you are using a global redirect of your email and it "caught" one of the "previous" aliases who was (is) the owner of checkwebjeffcheck.com.

It gets worse if the domain which hosts your current email belonged to a busy/forgetful reseller or a company who used to host many domains and has gone out of business. Ask me about it!

Unofficial Poll: if the domain name in question was "Business.com", would you renew it and then ask for a pw reset via email? :) LOL
