I went over some old sales lists the other day, from back when I had a few thousand names and lots of deals were going on here every day. I was able to hand register about 5 good names that I had sold before. These are names that are gauranteed winners. One of them was a city name ending in the word Property.com, and the name of the city is a name that has over 20 cities in the United States with that exact name.
If you find names that are available to register, and you either 1) don't have the funds to buy, or 2) want to do a quick flip without doing the work, then send me the name. I will send you $10 for each name I register. Please only send names that a reasonable domainer would probably register. I won't likely respond to all, but if you are sending decent names I will let you know about it, even if I don't register the name. Just because a name is worth reg fee does not mean that I 100 percent will buy it. If you send names that don't fit what I am looking for, I will likely suggest that you don't send anymore.
You could also see a name that you are about to buy, but decide that before you buy, you want to try to make a quick $10 by seeing if I want to register it quickly. Go ahead and send, and if I don't get back to you in time, then you can register it (you run the risk of someone else registering it, too), but that is unlikely.
Basically, this is a finder's fee situation for names that are available to register. I did this a few years ago with one person and it worked out well. Send me names that are available to register. If I register the name(s) I will send you $10 per name.
