Neither keyword when combined with org extension has enough search* volume to make parking profitable. There is scant evidence of demand for present participle dot orgs in the domain aftermarket. The remaining option is development, knowing that any non-dot-com development effort will marginally benefit the dot com name. Wiping lends itself to erasing data, dirt, etc. Staking topics include manufacturing joining processes, agriculture and gaming. Names of equal or better quality can be hand regged, so my appraisal is reg fee.
