Well I have lodged my papers with the High Court Judge and he is currently
reviewing them. If all is well then the papers will be served. As well as my seeking return of my domain name I am also seeking that the Court rule on
whether or not WIPO rules (or any supplementary rules) apply to the
respondent to a UDRP.

2 things;

1. I note, but please correct me if I am wrong, that NAF do not have in their supplementary rules any clause that the respondent agrees not to hold NAF legally responsible for any mistakes or errors ?.

2. < Mod Edit Do Not Solicit Here! >
