I was just surfing and came across a site that had a news article I wanted to read. On that site was a link to recent WIPO decisions. So I figured what the heck and clicked on it. The decisions were from the the last few days, however when I went to read the decisions I find no information on the WIPO site. All my searches return the result "domain not found"

So the question is. How does this site know there was a decision if it's not even on the WIPO site? Is there something I'm missing?

Complainant: Time Warner, Inc.
Respondent: Adam M. Dicker dba High Impact Sites Inc.
Decision: Transfer

Thanks for any info you can provide

Those decisions are at NAF, not WIPO. :-D

Is the news article you're referring to from markenbusiness?

Besides, there's always google.

Yes it's from markenbusiness. I just went back and now I see where it says NAF. It's supposed to be a header but really isn't. Late at night people don't look for those kinds of things.
