It has nothing to do with the udrp, and for that matter it doesn't go against the accreditation agreement either.

Namewinner sell the admin portion of the domain getting *before* they register the domain - hence they have a *buyer* before they register and thus its not speculation or hoarding.

Of course, the icann accreditation agreement is unclear in this regard anyway as it refers to policies which they don't actually have.

Namewinner will continue to be a choice for those who are not willing to pay the WLS price, whatever that ends up being retail. Of course, anyone paying the WLS price will be assured of getting a name IF and WHEN it expires. Namewinner costs nothing until you are successful.

I believe I read that a SnapBack will not count towards a WLS

That would be logical, since you may need to clean the slate to make it fair for everyone at the beginning? Snaps could convert SBs back to credits to buy WLS subs.

Since registrars will have a hand in reselling WLS subs, I wonder if the insider jobs are already being planned - if and when the slate is wiped clean. Figuring the out would make or break any of our speculative attempts to move in on the WLS.

I'm sure the insider deals were finalized months ago. Verisign
will make millions in the first second of implementation and then
it will be all over. Those with the resources will win the game -
just like today. I only wonder if Snap is planning on refunding
my last remaining subscriptions - I assume they can afford to
now......
