won domain at SN, but no login details

I won a domain at SN (the auction finished on the 26th).

I never received the login details as the SN email said I would from vividdomains, nor does the whois show me as the registrant.
I contacted SN on the 27th, and today, but no reply.

Anyone know what to do?

the domain shows the NS servers for Snap, but nothing about me...

I have had the same thing happen with a Netsol drop which I won on the 27th.

I have used SN for so many years, and I always received login details within hours of the end of the auction.
Very strange...
Especially that the whois shows another person, that has never happened.

SN replied.
They said there was an error in pushing my contact info to the registrar, and that I should receive the login details in 24 hours.
Not bad to get a response like this these days where custom service is on th4 decline.
Looking forward to managing the new name.
