Hi all,
I'm looking for an approximate evaluation for a CANADIAN NETWORK of news/store/free offer sites.
This is still under development, as such some sites are not interlinked, corporate page is not finished, etc.
The mothersite is WorldNetwork.ca
It has currently developed and active news sites:

AndroidWorld.ca
GamerWorld.ca
MobilesWorld.ca
iPodTouchWorld.com
It has currently developed accessories stores:

It has currently operating "free offers sites":

There are also numerous support sites, like iphoneforum.info, iphone-downloads.info, ipodtouchtop.com, appletopsite.com, etc
Finally there are numerous properties and sites under development in different stages of completion, including appleworld.ca, hardwareworld.ca, gizmoworld.ca, htcaccessories.ca, lgaccessories.ca, palmaccessories.ca, and quite a few others.
In total the network CURRENTLY accomodates around 750,000 unique visitors a month. The revenue is above $100,000/year at this stage.
While I am not exactly looking to sell this now, I've been offered a certain amount for it, and I am wondering whether it exceeds market expectations.
Your appraisals would've been very appreciated.
