Worst Domain Registrar Names4ever

Can anybody tell me where to complain about names4ever, I used to be a reseller for them, more than one year ago I had enought, their Control panel always had problems, specially as we are Redhat based, also always problems with transferes away from names4ever, now I have only three domains left with names4ever, and I have tried to transfer one to enom, but names4ever keep ( without reason ) refusing the transfer, I know names4ever rules with the 60 day, but this domain has one year to go before expire, I get absolutly no replies to my mails, even I get a read receipt back, now how to wake them up ?
I have many times in the past the same problems with them.
