this has been registered since '99 but has not had a website or traffic in a while.

It is a Family Name and also is, if my French is correct, it also means "to die" or "to croak".

I usually follow my gut for single word domain, in that if I haven't heard the word before, it's not worth much. But hey, english is not my primary language, so I could be very wrong here. But as I haven't heard it before I'll say reg fee to low $XX.

hmmm... maybe a Frenchman with a bleek outlook on life will want it for a cool $100k.. hahaha..
