Would overture register keywords that give 0 search results?

In other words, if a million ppl type in "adghfdsbg43fefdsdfsddfdsgfdsg3errg" nothing would obviously be found. However, would Overture register such keywords (even if there is 0 matches)? If such keywords are indeed not registered, there might be many potential typos out there that no one is aware of. Perhaps the best current typos have good overture results just because there was a domain registered there for a while already and overture could count matches or the typo would somehow be matched and thus registered.
