Helmuts,

I think selling subdomains for onmybigyacht.com will attract alot of attention.

:) this could be quite optimistic. Don't you think?

.. though, the whole it.com story is impressive - it shows that it is possible to achieve a lot even in our conservative industry with the right budget, great team and clear plan/processes. Unbelievable achievement!!

I think this story might trigger several other serious developments in subdomain niche. Hopefully these will have as solid teams and reliability as it.com has.

.us.com and .uk.com were big a few years ago under the centralnic brand but I don’t know if they ever achieved major adoption.

Yes, 100%

Did you know that it was Joe Alagna who actually started this (subdomain) business for CentralNic? :)

Now, it is Joe who leads the @it.com team :)

.. their team is fantastic! Joe, amazing Tess, an industry veteran with 9 years experience working in TuCows Alessandro from Italy (Italian gTLD = .it), Rolandas, Natalija, Alex and a significant team of people working on their socials (this bit is a very interesting one as well) :)

I think Team Internet also like this development, as improves the positions of their domain zones .us.com and .uk.com products.

I sold deleted.com to someone who then sold it to Robert from CentralNic.

Hi

i owned and sold a few of those in the past
some actually got typein traffic

big difference in reg fee cost then, compared to what other subdomain owners are trying to charge now.

imo...
Btw, I had a friend I med in Vegas who is a member here, @denny007, he traded his one domain name to tucows for his last name.com. Have not seen or heard anything from him in years.
