Looking high and low for a good geo WP theme and can not find one. StudioPress had a city theme but after inquiring I have been told they no longer offer it.
I have searched WP free theme directory and have looked at countless premium WP themes from the 'regular' places but none I feel lend themselves to a good geo theme. Maybe I am being too picky?!!!
I am leaning towards a magazine/portal style layout with lots of spots for ads and highly stylish.
These are examples of the style of theme I am trying to find:

Yes, the above are big sites with deep pockets but its the style I am after and there has to be some theme out there that somewhat resembles something like the above examples.
If anyone can help in steering me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. Alternatively if you are a developer and have the skillz to build such a theme, then fire me a PM.
