.WS - are you allow to transfer .ws?

Are .ws transferable from one registrar to another?

I have tried to renew / transfer a .ws domain and all the registrars I tried so far say that this ext is not valid for transfers.

Any experience on this?

I have spoken with the .ws registry in regards to this rule.

They have absolutely no plans to change this design in the forseeable future.
