Well I think according to the forum rules you aren't supposed to add names at a later date and I just happen to see the additional post at the bottom today. Because I am awaiting payments from a few people today I would need to know how much to get together in order to meet your qualifications based upon my credit lines and plan accordingly. This is why I contacted you by PM for an estimated price. If you choose not to do business with me that's your decision really. But normally I would give a person the ability to counter bid the highest offer I have received. Thanks for your time.

I have been doing this for the past 2 years.

I dont feel like making/starting new sales threads each and every day and end up with 10 running sales threads at one time. No one has every warned me that this was not allowed, if its not, and DNF would prefer that I opened a new sales thread each and everyday, bumping more and more threads to the bottom so be it.

It has nothing to do with not wanting to do biz with you, I just want to be able to do like everyone else and ask for offers and get offers, not how much you asking? I get these PMs so often and at one time I would reply to each saying "I'm taking offers at this time", well I dont do this anymore, why cause its a waste of my time.

I'm happy with what I got and Im certain the buyer is too... win win

The age old paradox of the domain game. Why a lot of domains never get sold and deals never happen. Human nature dictates for you to position yourself advantagiously with bargaining power. It may maximize profits in some cases but I agree with your thinking and it's quite annoying, but I deal with it on a case by case basis. It may turn away some people but I think giving a price range is the best idea for a seller. I don't know if you are asking $XX, $XXX or $X,XXX. If I do have more than one person interested I at least give a person the courtesy of counterbidding once an amount has been established as the high price by another bidder. The only thing I do not like is when people make up high bid amounts. I have caught a few people doing this (not you).
